10. Termination of Agreement

    • Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. If the client terminates, the client will be billed for work completed up to the date of termination.

    • Blackstone Solutions reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

11. Dispute Resolution

    In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of indian.
